The most critical period for flowers is in the first 24 hours as this is when they absorb the water required to survive which affects their longevity. Different flowers have different life spans so there will be different outcomes for the longevity of the various flowers.
Eufloria ensures only the freshest and high quality flowers and blooms are hand selected and brought each day from the markets.
Bouquets and Posies
Eufloria reccomend if you receive a lovely bouquet of pretty blooms that you unwrap the water bubble from the base and place the bound stems in fresh water in a clean vase, adding the flower food sachet to help lengthen the vase life.
Arrangements in Vessels
Eufloria suggest keeping the water topped up in your fresh flowers daily or every second day in cooler weather.
Heat and Cold
Keep all fresh flowers and plants away from extreme heat and cold.
Tulips
Tulips like to keeping growing after they have been picked, they like to grow upwards and towards the light and can tend to get a little "leggy". If this happens, trim the stems shorter to allow the vase to support the beautiful blooms.
