- When will my flowers get delivered?
Orders placed and received Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday by 12noon will be delivered the same day. (subject to availability)

- Will my flowers look like the picture?
Each day we go to the markets and select only the best blooms for eufloria. This means that we will endeavour to create your flowers as close to the picture as possible but may need to substitute. Substitutions will always be to the same if not higher value.Back to top
- How long should my flowers last?
Fresh Hot-house grown blooms should last 3-5 days. We are quite often told that some of our blooms have lasted up to 3 weeks!Back to top

- Where will the flowers be left if the recipient is not home?
Our professional courier takes pride in his service and asseses each delivery individually. They will determine if the flowers/ gifts are able to be left securely, a calling card will be left in the letterbox or front door notifying the recipient where the delivery has been positioned.Back to top
- What happens if the courier can not gain access to the location?
Every attempt will be made to securely deliver the order. If the location is deemed un-secure the courier will return the item to our store and we will organise an alternative delivery location or time. (each delivery attempt is charged at suburb rate)Back to top
- How do I qualify for free delivery?
A list of free delivery areas is located in the online shop. A minimum of $65 spend is needed to qualify for free delivery.Back to top
- When should I book eufloria for my wedding or event?
The more notice the better! We suggest 6-9 months prior to your wedding or 1-3 months prior to your special event. We love forward planning and creating the perfect event but we also try to accomodate last minute request if we are able.Back to top
- How will my bouquets stay fresh on my wedding day?
Eufloria use the freshest blooms, conditioning techniques and bundles of expertise to ensure that when they create your bouquets they are going to remain fresh and pretty for as long as possible! Back to top
- How will my wedding flowers be delivered?
Eufloria take pride and care in every aspect of your wedding flowers, including the packaging. Purpose built wedding boxes are lined in tissue and each bouquets is placed in their own water source. It is best to leave the bouquets for as long as possible in the protective box to ensure their freshness. Just remove the posies from the box when you are ready to start having photos or make your way to the handsome groom!Back to top
