Alexa and Chris's sunshine filled day was perfect for their fun loving theme of vibrant, golden yellows, crisp whites and a pop of orange.
The gorgeous couple had sourced all the wooden furniture and hand painted each piece to suit the elegant garden theme of the stunning Cottesloe Civic Centre. The secret garden held the intimate ceremony and then guests had a short stroll to the elegant sunken garden cocktail reception.

 This wedding holds a special place in our hearts and thought it deserved a special mention on the blog as we didn't have a blog when this beautiful union took place.
My dear friend Nerissa married the man of her dreams, a Melbourne boy, Justin!. Before I go on I must mention that they will be giggling at the formality so far as I actutally call them Juri and Niri!
Niri gave us free reign for the blooms and styling, it was such a treat and pleasure to create her flowers and load up the truck to take it all down south to the fabulously hospitable Wise Winery.
The ceremony took place on the lush lawn area on a perfectly sunny afternoon and then the guests headed upstairs for pre-drinks on the veranda amongst delicate hanging vases.
A delicious sit down dinner was enjoyed by all and the band has us all rocking the night away. Niri and Juri stole the show with a fun and well rehearsed first dance to a super funky tune.
Lucky for me that they live in Melbourne and a plane flight is never too far away to visit them and their gorgeous little man Roy (and a little bump due soon) and one of our favourite coffee shop, My sister says! xx

                                                
                                                  
                       
                       

 Antonetta and Craig had a gorgeous day filled with sunshine and the amazingly talented Lauren Wellington captured every little detail with perfection. Antonetta's bouquet was a treat for us to make, filled with an abundance of glorious blooms and we loved creating and styling all the beautiful blooms and accessories at Akoya suite. Saturday was a gorgeous day for a wedding and Rachelle was an elegant bride in her ivory gown. Her color pallet was mauve, purple, white and ivory. Pretty purple lisianthus were a subtle feature nestled amongst ivory vendella roses, ivory white lenne spray roses, soft silver grey foliage, mauve shangri-la roses and a dotting of delicate individually wired white dendrobium orchids. March brings a busy time for us with weddings and special events galore! Each weekend jam packed with celebrations. The past weekend was no exception with 2 weddings and a rather gorgeous high tea event.
Yana was our gorgeous Bride on Saturday, with a ceremony held in the Homestead Barn at Perth Zoo. Her 2 lovely bridesmaids wore organza chiffon style gowns in a deep raspberry shade, whilst Yana's divine gown was ivory. The bouquets were to reflect the deep colour of the girls dress and we were rather happy to see the gorgeous peppercorn berries poke their heads up at the markets just the week before the wedding! A total surprise was being able to include Peonies all the way from Holland in Yana's bouquet.Totally out of season which made it all the more exciting to include one of Yana's favourite blooms, especially after we had discussed months earlier that Peonies were definitely not going to be available!! xx

       

                      

                                                     

You may recall a few weeks ago we had the absolute pleasure in creating Miss Abi's divine wedding....Well Abi was just a gorgeous Bride and we managed to get our hands on a couple of the candid shots of her special day.You will have to agree how beautiful Abi looks and so super relaxed and in Love! We loved creating Abi's wedding flowers and had a fun time liaising with Abi and her lovely Mum during the lead up to her special day.
